SERVICE SCOPE
What a service agreement can include
Inspection & maintenance
Scheduled inspections of the agreed equipment, checks of relevant functions, and an assessment of issues requiring follow-up.
Updates & system reviews
Relevant software and firmware updates for supported equipment can be included. Scheduling and access are agreed with consideration for operations, compatibility, and guidelines.
Troubleshooting & repairs
Help identifying faults and having the relevant equipment inspected. We handle labor, replacement parts, and any coordination with other suppliers.
Documentation & technical status
Maintain an overview of the installation, changes, and agreed actions. Technical monitoring of selected devices can be arranged where the equipment and platform support it.
AGREEMENT SCOPE
An agreement with clear terms
We specify which installations are covered, when you can contact us, and how requests are prioritized. Response times, working hours, materials, and any third-party services should be clearly stated. Automatic technical monitoring is not the same as staffed emergency support or a guarantee that faults will be resolved within a specific timeframe.
Many ways to start working together
Service for a new installation
We take the time to understand the need and assess what is already in place before recommending new equipment.
Assessment of an existing installation
Have the installation, documentation, and access conditions assessed before we agree on any service arrangement.
Help with a specific task
Describe the issue or need. We clarify the options, scope, and terms before any work begins.
